Project summary
Linx Design were asked to completely transform Spanby Road. We performed a total remodel of the interior to open up the space, open plan modern living with open plan kitchen. Total reconfiguration of all rooms to maximize the living space and give a modern style of living.
Tasks included kitchen installation, flooring, stair renovation, bathroom installation, french doors, apart from building the property, this is as close as a new build as it gets. Completely gutted and start from scratch project. The upgraded fixtures, fittings, beautifully decorated and high quality finish really set this project off. Completed renovation from start to finish by Linx Design Build.
